⭐⭐⭐✨ (3.5/5) Cheesecake Factory Golden day! 💛 Cheesecake Factory is usually one of those restaurants where I know what to expect—great variety, generous portions, and consistently good food. Unfortunately, this visit didn't quite live up to that standard. The good news is that we were seated immediately on a busy Sunday with no wait, which was a pleasant surprise. However, once seated, the pace of service slowed considerably. There were long gaps between check-ins, and several issues throughout the meal made the experience feel less organized than usual. One of the biggest disappointments came when my mother's first choice, the meatloaf, was unavailable because it had sold out for the day. While I completely understand that popular menu items can run out, it took quite a while before we were informed. After she selected a different entrée, it was surprising that her replacement meal arrived before dishes that had been ordered earlier. I also ordered the Truffle Parmesan Fries, and they didn't meet my expectations. I was expecting the rich truffle flavor that typically comes from truffle oil, but they tasted more like regular fries with Parmesan sprinkled on top. For the price,

Our group of seven had a wonderful time thanks to the vibrant atmosphere and excellent service that kept us well-attended all evening. Most of our dishes were delicious, though a few lacked the seasoning needed to really make them pop. Overall, it was a solid experience where the great vibes made up for the minor inconsistencies in the food.

Everything went really well. For Easter Sunday, the establishment ran like a well-oiled machine. The appetizer was running a bit behind, but a manager came out to update us, which I really appreciated instead of being left waiting. Everything else came out timely, fresh, and tasted great. As I was leaving, I was curious about how the kitchen operated so efficiently. I walked by, and the head chef noticed and came out to share a bit about his process and even answered a few of my questions. Overall, it was a great experience definitely more than I expected. We will be back!
